SUGGESTED USE 

We suggest that you have Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein first thing in the morning. It is also good 30 minutes just before you start training or immediately after. Simply mix one rounded scoop of the powder (29.4 g) with 180-240 ml of cold water for the best results and flavour.
