Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. We only accept cancellation requests via email from the registered email address at the time the order was placed.

In any event that the goods are packed, dispatched or delivered, you may still cancel the order due to change of mind in accordance with our 60 day returns policy.

Duplicated order

In any event that you find yourself having placed duplicated orders by mistake or due to system/network malfunction, please inform us before the order(s) is/are dispatched and we will cancel the duplicated order for you as per your request.

Fraudulent Order

We have procedures in place to detect any sign of  testing or fraudulent orders. All alleged fraudulent orders will be subject to immediate cancellation whereas the respective user/visitor will be banned from our website unconditionally.

Security Check

As part of our effort to protect the interests of both buyer and seller, we may require you to provide further information or documentation to confirm the authenticity of your order. In any event that the aforementioned procedure is not completed within 5 working days after you placed the order, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Apparel/Trainers 

We can only accept return of Apparel/Trainers within 30 days of delivery due to hygiene and safety reasons. However we can process an exchange within our 60 days return window. 

Return Policy

60 Days Return Policy

You can exercise the right to return an order and opt for a refund within 60 days of receipt of the goods, provided that your request is submitted to us by ticket within the aforementioned period. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you on how to return your item back to us. Your order(s) is/are eligible to a full refund subject to below conditions:

  1. Goods are purchased from our website. (www.buzz-retail.com)
  2. A request for refund notification is submitted to us through your account and received by us within 60 days of receiving your goods.
  3. Goods are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
  4. Goods are in brand new and undamaged condition (unless they were damaged on arrival).
  5. Electrical Items such as headphones, speakers or electric toothbrushes etc, cannot be returned due to "change of mind" once the outer wrapping/seal has been torn and the product used due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return of Faulty/Defective Item

Please note we can only issue a replacement for faulty or defective items. You may return the goods to us for a replacement if you find the item to be  faulty or defective on arrival, provided that the request is made within 7 days upon you receiving the goods. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the goods to us. We will issue you with a replacement subject to the below condition(s):

  1. Goods are purchased from our website (www.buzz-retail.com)
  2. A request for return notification is submitted by the returns section of your account and received by us within 7 days upon you receiving the goods.
  3. Goods are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
  4. Goods are in acceptable condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other material(s)).
  5. Goods must be returned to our returns address within 30 days after we acknowledge your request.

Return of Wrong or DOA Item

Please note we can only issue a replacement for DOA items. If you find yourself having received wrong or Dead on Arrival (DOA) goods, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the goods to us. You may opt for a full refund only for Wrong Item Received or a replacement for DOA items will be issued subject to below condition(s):

  1. Goods are not working straight out of the box. (DOA)
  2. Goods are not what you have ordered. (Wrong goods)
  3. For wrong goods received, the goods must be returned to us in unopened and unused condition with full and complete packaging including accessories and other material(s).
  4. For dead on arrival goods, the goods must be returned to us in original and undamaged condition with full and complete packaging including accessories and other material(s).
  5. Goods must be returned to our returns address within 60 days after we acknowledge your request.

Return of Furniture Items

We offer free delivery on all furniture items, however if there is a change of mind or if the items are no longer required after delivery then the return costs of any furniture items will have to be paid by the customer. If the item is damaged in transit or arrival a free replacement will be issued. 

Refund Policy

Upon receiving your returned item, we will issue you with a full refund according to our cancellation or returns policies. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your returned item. Upon processing the refund, a refund confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow a few working days thereafter for the refund to be credited back to the original payment method.
